Gul sponsor Surf Girl Surf & Pilates trip in Spain

Supporting the Female surfing scene has always an important strategy to us at Gul. So when we had another opportunity to support the Surf Girl Surf & Pilates week with Errant Surf Holidays we jumped at the chance.

Sam Franklin from Gul commented, “Female surfing is one area which is defiantly on fire and Gul are excited to be a part of it. Over the past decade female surfing has grown and grown and now the UK and European scene produces some really good surfers. I’m really happy that we can support this week and that Celine Gehret one of the Gul surf team is the coach. Who knows one of the girls getting trained might be the next British Champion in time to come”  

The weeklong course held at Errant Surf Holidays guesthouse in Loredo, Spain will take place on the 2^nd November. Gul have chosen this Errant Surf location due to the perfect balance of big sweeping beach, the vibrant city of Santander and the stunning mountain range which acts as a back drop for this holiday.

Joining Celine will be Amy Swanson from Body Control Pilates in London, and Fat Face pro-longboarder Chris Thomson. Amy will be on hand every day to help train the girls with a programme she has specifically put together to benefit and strengthen the girls surfing. Chris will be on hand with technical advice based on over seven years as a surf coach.

There are a few spaces left, the week costs £549 and includes six evening meals, all surf coaching, surfing equipment, Pilates lessons, accommodation, airport transfers, breakfast, Gul Goodie Bag and Gul rash vest!
